Mate here at GMC, our only rule is that there are no rules.
We like our announcements late, our shares diluted, and our binding agreements unbound :p.
Honestly.... they had no bargaining power and this is the end result. It may be a longer term hold for many now.
As far as I'm aware, they can issue at whatever price they want < 15%.
We'll be ok.
