204.6 million shares @ $0.005 to SI's with more than 1/3rd of the funds going to replay the 'loan' from the CFO's friend. I assume the same friend is one of the SI's, in which case the golf course offer was 70 million shares at an 88% discount to the SP at last trade.
400 million (min) to 800 million (max) shares @ $0.015 in a CR with 266.7 to 533.3 million attached options @ $0.005.
That is a lot of dilution.
