I think there is a possibility that this environmental submission might take some time purely because there has never previously been a submission for this type of project in WA.
The WA DMP might be lacking expertise.
Yet again it is likely that RWD leads the way and the others get a leg up.
What's the betting the others will use the submission by RWD as a template for their own.
