I'm guessing between Januray and June 2018. Too much work for too little gain. It's a safe bet and @croasian is right to wait, this sector has been consolidating for a decade. Previously their debt was a turn off but it's far more attractive as an acquisition now.
Don't be shocked if they wind up with Japanese, Canadian or UK owners.
