With the events that will take place next week (Re board challenge), I am now convinced this is a cornerstone investor and hope that they paid near the current share price.
If it's not, it would not be done in time before the meeting and not achieve the complete objective.
Great time to have the votes to win without doubt, funds to pursue exploration and get rid of the time and money wasting challengers that now have half an argument, (One board member gone that they were objecting to).
That leaves them with nothing and maybe having to sell some shares if my understanding is correct about the association rules.
It now looks like it won't matter which way the swinging votes go.
We look like we are on a winner and there is now, no stopping us.
