Fancy taking a state Gov. to court! If they felt so strongly about stocking levels, they could have reduced their own and proclaimed how environmentally friendly they are.

I agree the UK company would have wanted payment in advance.
I do not think shipping crates would have much resale value in Tasmania. Most would be returned back to the shipping company for a fee, I thought Tasmania is a net importer of shipping.
