you may wish to check "how" the AQP works for the GLNG offtake ............(hint - it has been partially disclosed by Total) .......

"if" GLNG were to ramp up tomorrow to full capacity ........I ask a simple question - what impact would this have on east gas available supply, and hence price of gas in the domestic market............

approx. 60% of the companies asset base doesn't earn a return.............

this is why (imho) the stock will have muted response to chg in oil prices .......

it is also why (again, imho) - in the next market update - STO will announce an expanded drilling campaign in both the cooper basin, and the Roma shelf........

it may be a take-over target ......but only "if" there is a solution to the shortfall (ie Total buys the offtake from MACQ for the Amadeus project,,,,,,and then about another 150tj/day (arrow ?????)).

why hasn't their major shareholder lodged a chg in substantial post recent issuances ? (and if it was such a bargain - surely they would have topped up...........)

mr market knows all this - which is why its where it is ..........

tough gig .................or you could simply buy ORG, and not have the business and operational risks assoc with sunny STO..........

pss - its cheaper on forward earnings......and arguably has same op leverage to OP ........

perhaps that explains why its put on circa 60% since issuance ................
