To Ms Riley,
As a shareholder, I do not support what you are doing with 1-Pg and I wholeheartedly support the rest of Board in trying to take 1-Pg out and convert to a shell to get cash to buy an emerging company. $30m is a lot of OUR money so we want to invest that elsewhere.
Thank you for trying in the past but just give it up already!
