Well I have to say that having been on site it is a relief that "EVENTUALLY"they have managed to get a site sharing agreement, it should have been sorted Months ago... What I really didn't like was that for at least the second time they are stalling on finance and making stupid statements like - " Whilst the Company expects to finalise the financing, it should be noted that there is no certainty that these discussions will be concluded successfully"
If I was the financier or person in the negotiation I would look at the constant repetition of that phrase and think "Christ these people are desperate I'll screw them for the best repayment deal ever" How come I know that and management don't. If these people stuff up and give away a WORLD CLASS resource for peanuts I will be very annoyed and would encourage other shareholders to join me in causing as much trouble as possible for the current board. I am getting more and more suspicious that the Board is doing deals that are not transparent.
