2 years is a long time in the engineering game. Long enough for the POO to hit $100, long enough for the current management to screw the company over. WorleyParsons is a company with two key assets - its reputation and its people. It has already screwed over the latter, and they have a direct impact on the former. I've lost complete confidence in the direction taken by the current CEO, as have most of the long termers.
