A rational assessment would conclude that the actions of pak are the source of the problem not Hamish. The original deal and arrangements were on track until the selfish and unreasonable actions of the snake derailed them and as a result of this breach of agreement the company is in the process of assembling another deal . Hamish was not solely responsible for this situation and this whole debacle could have been avoided if the snake adhered to the terms and conditions on the term sheet.
