Just a correction here. the price was down around 9 cents before the announcement and then dropped from there. not 50% before announcement. Its sad that people spread poor information. a reason the price may have come back would also be due to a known person who pushed it up dramatically with maybe his 20 mill or more $. he does seem to hear a great idea and get on board and then duck off. he shocked the board as someone who enters the top 10 real quick and without talking to management is concerning to them. they like to know these people and have communication. None was done. Then the seller was all ears for the possibly class action talk. His action alone pushed that price high in mid to late January. a few others I know dumped on that announcement large amounts and im sure this guy did also. Maybe these are all the cause of the greater reaction than what should have been. time to discount all these reactions as human behaviour and not relative to the value going ahead quite so much.
