reckon it leaves an overhang of about 90 mio FCL shares just waiting to be sold.
insto's are not comfortable with FCL as they "don't understand the risk" i.e. FCL is not a simple, vanilla operation.
AWB purchase price was $1:50, so potentially that is the price at which FCL will be stuck for the foreseeable future.
