No, haven't received priority offer yet, UJ - but mine will be late as it has to criss-cross the country a few times. Should be time though between the 16th and when the priority offer closes on May 4th.
You can download the whole prospectus from Zinc Co's website - www.zincco.com.au - about 2.5 MBs. Have only read briefly but will print out later for a closer read.
