Normally I would agree with you if the share price was stable but when it is collapsing, and it is collapsing, I think some sort of response is warranted if only to arrest the slide and hopefully restore confidence in the stock. If managers have resigned or been sacked why not just come out and announce it. What's to hide? What happened to transparency? Obviously Mr. Market thinks so too hence the slide in the SP. I'm a shareholder in this company, like you are, and I want it to do well but I also want to know what the hell is going on and not have to rely on an employee/ex-employee sounding off on HC or anywhere else. If you seriously think a 20% fall in 2 days based on no news is all part of the normal swings and roundabouts for a stock like NEA then you have rocks in your head. Confidence in the management of NEA is not great, especially after the CR debacle, and this is not going to help. In a year's time I hope we are sitting around a lot richer and laughing about all of this but at the moment I don't have too much confidence in the current regime of management turning this ship around. If that makes me a "Negative Nellie" then so-be-it but I sold some stock today at a loss so at least I won't be a totally broke "Negative Nellie".
