It's a good update but i wish they would push the private landlord market a bit harder.
Agent's have their chosen online advertising platforms and it is going to take a while to win them over, but a private landlord will come across immediately if they like what they see and has a vacancy.
I notice there is no links to the RTA and it's forms (or equivalent in other states), I think this would be a good addition.
The more you help out the landlord the better chance of them jumping on-board.
I think I read somewhere there are 1000,000 private rentals out there, this is a huge potential market.
Also I think an App for the younger generation would be essential given they are going to be making up a larger proportion of renters going forward.
Now I am going to get REALLY picky haha... I think the website has way too many large photos and photos buzzing around the screen taking up space and disproportionate to actual readable content.
