Doesn't mean squat. A number of Lithium "explorers" continue to fart around, do a CR, drill a few holes and watch how the share price gets pumped and dumped. This is still a spec stock so one should not expect it to go anywhere long term.
The real winners will be the big green monster and his entourage.
