    Tremont wants the deal to go through... and they are willing to pay 33c per share...

    Any shares they acquire now for less than 33c is a net win for them...

    why wouldn't they be acquiring?

    I'm confused at how much people hate the deal... and how little people have been exposed to share takeovers...
