I guess any company with over 3.0B shares will always consider consolidation, so its been no surprise to me. I knew this day was coming, I guess I just hoped it would happen under better and more positive circumstances......... I also thought 1 in 35 was a bit aggressive.......
The only way this will work for shareholders in the short term, is for SEG to announce some positive news leading up to consolidation/or just after. If not then consolidation will give this donkey more room to move downwards.....
