I understand why you think MRX should do better in this climate - but its management leave a lot to be desired after sitting on their hands for so many years.....
if they ever do well it will not be because of them, but despite them - maybe DYL can fire them up because I don't think left to their own devices they have what it takes after all this time - even their modest Cu venture isn't sparking any interest....
short term they may get a boost, so I've been in for a few weeks now...... need a lot of patience to break that concrete ceiling.....
