I think it is 50% of shareholders AND 75% of shares.
My quick & unaudited calculations suggest they need about another 10,000,000 shares and about another 360 holders....give or take (based on 2016 A/R)!
Does anyone know whether shareholders get an opportunity to talk at the Scheme meeting? Cheers!
