He sure needs to fund a sheetload of infrastucture and this is biting his ass now with level 5 water restrictions now introduced so he must spend, overspend on infrastructure and then spend on promoting the spin about the great job the State Government is doing.
NO QUESTION where he will be at! If there is a dollar he will suck it up.
