Once again , I haven't read through it yet . But just generally can a higher offer be made later or are we locked into this . if a higher offer is made later usually all accepters must benefit equally - so they usually advise small shareholders to hang on to see if higher offers materialise . I didn't go into this for 33 cents - I rather naively expected to get a dividend stream out of this in the long term & not have the carpet opportunistically pulled from under me - before offtakes & financing .
