If you have a marginal project in a commodity which has a commanding supply side (brazil controls like what, 88% of niobium supply) and hasn't had any new projects in like.. 15 years? in the space.. man you're asking a lot.

Not to mention the board have other projects and companies, they aren't a 1 trick.

You're being a narcicist looking at the money that INDEPEDENT researchers claimed this was worth (hype media) rather than looking at what the board did, which was get a solid deal, at an very volatile time in the mining cycle.
