    First things first.
    The capital raising with SI needs to be agreed before jumping ahead to relisting.

    Now that GMC have a loan, depending on when it falls due, there is a risk of administration. However, a company cannot trade insolvent, so they must have some confidence that the CR will proceed.

    Hopefully news today...
