NEW POWER PLAYER PARTNERS WITH THE JETSTAR GOLD COAST TITANS

Australian Power & Gas Company Ltd., the newest entrant to Australia’s energy market, is pleased to announce a three-year major sponsorship deal with the Jetstar Gold Coast Titans. The back-of-jersey deal runs until 2009 with an option for a two-year renewal meaning Australian Power & Gas will be among the Titans’ top three sponsors.

The partnership between the Titans and Australian Power & Gas was formally launched yesterday at a reception for investors, VIPs and government officials at the Titans’ historic first match at Suncorp Stadium in Brisbane. Titans CEO Michael Searle and rugby greats Gary Belcher and Kevin Walters also attended.

Australian Power & Gas Chief Executive Officer James Myatt said the sponsorship highlights the company’s commitment to Queensland.

“Australian Power & Gas is thrilled to be a major sponsor and part of the power and energy behind the Jetstar Gold Coast Titans,” Mr Myatt said. “Just as the Titans represent the new force in rugby league, Australian Power & Gas represents the new force in energy retailing, and we’re proud to be linked with this new power player in the NRL.
