We are in the middle of the biggest apartment development boom in Australian history and IBN can't make a dollar. We may never see so many apartments sold off a plan in our lifetimes again. I lost money here last year and feel for holders. So what happens in 2018 when the projects are all complete? I can't imagine things get any easier?
