Agree entirely truenorth - the EGM should move a vote of 'no confidence' in TT and block his accessing the 15k/m sinecure - what an insult, what.a.joke!
At the EGM Please vote strongly against TT - for CVT's sake and your investment.
In my opinion:
1. TT's judgement/management is plainly appallingly inadequate and he's proven to be arrogantly out of touch. His incompetent management is the single most responsible cause of CVT's catastrophic loss of capital.
2. He must have known the gig was up and the POC was not looking good when he got himself shuffled out-of the direct line of fire as CEO (got the axe) and moved into the Chair's job.
3. Even in this role he still has way too much influence.
4. TPG should be tapped for a replacement that has access to TPG nous.
5. CVT will only have a clean slate and any chance after it severs this tie.
6. On a risk analysis TT lingering presence and influence is the biggest risk-factor to CVT going forward.
I'm being generous with these comments - there are far stronger and more deserving words that should be used face-to-face with the man and/or at the EGM.
My holding is now a scorched rump - I'll need my own POC on CVT before I venture anywhere near this baby again.
