@Multi IMO we have just seen the bounce I mentioned the other day. GRR now has a NTA value of 29c, so personally I think sp should be no less than that. But in 2016 GRR NTA was 24c and yet the sp was between 8c and 13.5c, and in fact traded below Cash at Bank for the majority of time during 2016.

So I fear with GRR the difference between where we think the Value of the company is and where the sp trades is poles apart. Thinking with logic rather than emotion, the only way the sp goes up is if there are a large number of people or even a few people with a large amount of money wanting to buy in. Now where are those people & money going to come from? Who wants to pay 20 something cents for a $AUD0.005 divi and risk losing 2, 3 or maybe 5c a share after X divi on Mar 14? Sure they don't have to sell after X divi, but they'll have to wait until at least end of September in the hope that another bigger divi gets paid. Risk v Reward. Come on put yourself in the shoes of the potential new investors, would you outlay substantial funds for an immediate 2 point something % return now and then have to wait another 6 months not knowing what your next return will be? I reckon they'd be thinking they could get better returns much faster and dare I say it, with less risk.

Be a nice surprise to be proven wrong but I think, it will be a resumption of transmission (sp down). That's my logic, or maybe it's just the opinion of a jaded shareholder, but I predict sp back into the teens by end of March.
