Unlikely as that was his original offer to which he failed to come good with $10M, plus if he did a takeover he would still then need to fund the capex of $66M (for 8 smelters) 100% himself.
I think the best we can hope for from Pak is US$10M for 20%, or even 50% - to get this project moving.
