When sentiment turns

if there is one thing I have learned from investing is the biggest gains are made from undervalued stocks with poor sentiement because when it does turn the focus on value results in sharp re ratings
Seen it on gold , oil , IO .
PRT is a classic scenario
If the fee licence is elimnated - that would result in a big jump in profits , cash flow and dividends . If the reach law changes - well then it will be TO time and we could see a 5 infront of the Sp in a blink . Nothing like getting paid 10% per annum to sit and wait
