The acquisition is like a magicians trick....diverting your eyes away from where u might otherwise have been looking!
I will still stick with them as bought at right time, and this acquisition doesn't look overpriced on an earnings basis....there will be a lot of goodwill involved though one would think.
Hopefully they turn around their existing business....I found the commentary a bit of a poor excuse really
