That is one of the big ones that a lot of people don't take into consideration, the flow on effect of a reduction in debt.
For every million dollars in reduced debt at even just 5%, will give the company an extra $50,000 which can then be used to reduce debt even further, or maybe even shower us with dividends at a later date.
