ands, I don't call $70M over 8 years overnight.

I have never held AKK and don't intend to - ever - it doesn't meet my criteria for an investment grade stock or even a tradeable stock.

I also have no problems with companies raising capital, and subscribe to my share of CR's and placements.

So my point is not that AKK is raising money, its that it is addicted to raising money rather than demonstrating the capability of generating its own - 8 years and $70M is more than enough to demonstrate that and it has failed, repeatedly. Oh but that's right, this time its different to all the other times...
