HSN management made a similiar statement at the AGM late last year-"They went on to say they know who the likely targets are and it would be highly unlikely they would acquire a business they don't already know very well or have had previous discussions with".
I don't know what margins can be expected from any new acquisitions in this field. I also hold HSN competitator Gentrack - so I'll get a better idea of this market segment when they report on Thursday. Interestingly the GTK price is up slightly in the past week while HSN has dropped 15% or so. The GTK shareholders haven't been scared off by the HSN price drop. Yet.
After down 8%, P/E still 28, too expensive, page-22
