Given that SDI basically have no debt, I see no problem. It's not like the company needs to raise capital, so a low share price has no impact, other than to increase my wealth in the long term.
If I take my queue from markets, I'd be buying high, selling low and generating a large amount of transaction fees in the process. Not really something I want to do.
