I'm still of the opinion that this will come through. It's a pain in the ass for all of us investors with the constant delays but if PAK comes to the party and accepts this 10% deal and the 2nd investor commits by Friday's announcement... who knows.
Track record suggests otherwise but no point being pessimistic all the time.
