Missinglink, reporting 2morrow, we see what EBITDA they have made from the Australian urban regeneration project and Barangaroo.
Hopefully the divi yield will go up from 3.83% to 5%, they might need to increase the dividend payout ratio to something more.
If it technically breaks to the up from the rising trend channel, the top of that 50 day MA is about $16 so it should be good if they can pull it off.
