If N is heavy in EDE and not TAS, and a takeover happens over TAS... you just have to say oh sheet! You win some you lose some, no one can be right all the time. OK the gains missed will certainly hurt, but no one can predict the future.
I can't see a takeover until at least the first 50mill gal production occurs anyway. Business that do take over want to de-risk their investment, or else can see a competitor that they don't wish to barge in on their business... currently that is not the case.
