By your incorrect definition, anyone who is born within the territories of Australia is automatically indigenous.
By your definition any Muslim baby with parents from Sudan or Pakistan or Saudi Arabia are equally indigenous. I think you might have a hard time convincing a few of the more superior minded nationals like the Yanks and the French that by the mere act of birth on Terra Australis they are indigenous Aussies and not of their parents heritage.
