WR888, I am sure Simon and Daniel are not worried, most of us thrive on this volatility and see it as a buying opportunity at the bottom of a rising trend channel, look at the yearly chart, it has been rising with a few dips, if u buy on the dips, u reap the return.
All the BOQ positioning in the niche markets is favorable except for the fact that Queensland portfolio may be affected by those crowding into the Sydney - Melbourne property market trade which seems to run unabated.
