The full year report should be another humorous read, for the cash flow statement alone. Based on the half year:
$45m net borrowed - broadly invested into new properties.
$30m paid to suppliers - of which $18m was paid to Dixon et al for their management / responsible entity / snout in trough fees
$10m paid in interest on the half a billion in debt
$7m paid out to unitholders as distributions
Yet they only received $15m from customers. Wonder how long they can keep this going...
