That's a figure once quoted by IMF-Bentham, but the cash flows are erratic, and even over a longer period the figure is somewhat lower than the 15% of the "Case Investment".
The 'Case Investment Portfolio' is not an IMF-Bentham investment - in any meaning of the word investment - rather it is the amount that is at litigation/dispute/arbitration by IMF-Bentham underwritten clients.
Yet it is, for me at least, a good indicator, and IMF-Bentham publish it promptly on the quarter's completion. I do hope it is independently scrutinised? It is a good best estimate, and it show when and how much work is building up, and what that peak 'book build' is.
