What can I say. We've been done over. They've completely dropped references to spodumene in the JORC Appendix that goes along with this announcement, which were included in the previous announcements and which I had relied on in taking my position.
The selling in the last days would have to be investigated in my opinion and I'll write a complaint to ASX.
I can't understand how this could not have been obvious to the geologists in the first place. I'll contact people I know at AusIMM to get an opinion on the situation.
A sorry situation for all involved except for the few who got out over the last days. We don't know who they are but we know what they are.Esh
