Agreed if the dividend remains the same that it will create a reversal! I think they need to recruit a new IT Director and really steady the ship here evidently some confidence has been lost in the market and would be surprised if sell down continued into the 1.20's until good news is released. I think its a fundamentally good company but needs to sort itself out!
