ASIC isn't going to investigate anything said on a stock forum. If they did they would have to dedicate a permanent crew to deal with Hotcopper and they would get nothing concrete from it.

The actual announcement (pak plus additional investor and operations manager) was mentioned 6/8 weeks ago from a mysterious first time poster on here. Leaking is rampant in every stock. Especially when the stock is in suspension. When it is trading is another story.

Anyway lets seriously hope there is an announcement due soon! I am extremely confident it is due any day and will be very favourable for all invested in this stock. Although GMC does find a way to make things drag on that little bit longer as it has done for the last 8 months or so with other price sensitive announcements. I heard the ASX have what they need so hopefully the announcement is dropped soon!
