but this talk of not determining an sp move is imo not real world thinking
the sp move is critical because it determine that ex dilution sp and all subsequent math
sto was a case in point. buy at 3.30 - rises to 4.50. raise at 3.95. now at 4.10 with upside risk
mrm's much bigger upside risk because it will be a one off dilution event rather than sto;s 1000 knives
but the critical factor in the equation is whether to buy now or wait for some assumed dilution event - because that sets the table for all the math to follow
