The size (marcap) of TAS in relation to the marcap of EDE would attract the interest and active attention of any relevant corporate body in the concrete business. Once TAS is the target of such attention (TO perhaps), then we will see the current relative value blown out of the water. No interest at all will be drawn to the idiosyncrasies of the TAS/EDE detailed connection. It will be all about gaining control!
