Which is the 1st October 2017, or until the Company is in a position to pay these obligations, thus providing time for the Company to secure additional sources of funding as previously described via project debt financing and or other means.
In my opinion there's another 9.5 months for EWC to arrange borrowings and reduce their debt and still progress projects to the completion stages.
