I agree with Moreforme. Being publicly listed is a hand brake. Pesky shareholders who expect revenue and profit growth every quarter. These businesses need significant reinvestment. It hasn't happened. Village Roadshow are going nuts at moment adventiseing. I daresay ground is being lost. Dreamworld was built on the cheap by the original owner. Much of it hasn't been upgraded. One of the main rides was installed second hand around 2000. Much of it isn't fresh. I am sure management isn't ignorant of this. This asset isn't a growth asset. It should be groomed for sale.
